Batch Plants
The Shotcrete Master is a 30 M3/hr Volumetric batch plant. The unit is self-contained, consisting of a one cubic meter cement hopper that can be loaded using Super Sacks or external cement silo, and 2 cubic meter aggregate hoppers.
One for sand and the
other for gravel. If the sand and gravel are premixed both hoppers can be filled with the
same material. Water is supplied by a Magnetic Flow Meter and any additives are
added at the mixing auger. The mixing auger thoroughly mixes all the materials.
The SM 30 is only 2.13 mt wide, 2.13 mt high and 7.62 mt long. Making for easy for
transport and installation. The unit can also be mounted on an optional trailer.
The SM 30 uses three delivery augers, one for cement and two for aggregates, all
three are driven by VFD motors controlled by a PLC. This allows for three preset mix
designes that can be adjusted at any time. The Magnetic Flow Meter can also be
adjusted, compensating for wet aggregates, or changes in slump. All augers have
removable undersides and can be easily cleaned, this includes the mixing auger that
can be cleaned after each use. All SM 30 batch plants come with guards on gear drives
and security interlock systems.
